Collects the invoices that arrive by email, asks whether it can send them, and sends them when you say yes.

It started with my dad
My dad asked me for something simple: an assistant that finds his invoices, asks him on WhatsApp whether it can send them to his accountant, and sends them when he says yes.
I built it for him. That's when I realised how many people need exactly this, and have nobody to set it up for them.
So that's what I do now: I sit down with you, learn how you work and build an assistant that fits.

Care plan
Optional. Private EU server, updates, monitoring, small tweaks and 30 minutes of help a month. If you'd rather not, your assistant moves to an account in your name and you carry on by yourself.

The AI itself is paid directly to the provider, with no markup from me. For personal use it's usually low: we estimate it together before we start, and you get a monthly cap, so there are no surprises.

About me
I'm Mateus. I've worked in artificial intelligence since 2020, before AI was everywhere. I was part of the team at Pacemaker, a Swedish startup that built an AI DJ app and was acquired by Australia's Tuned Global in 2023.
Today I design AI agents for companies, and my own personal assistant works for me every day.
I've moved to Portugal to do what I love most: teach, and put technology to work for people. Not the other way round.
Questions
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use your assistant. I take care of the technical side.
Is my data safe?
Each assistant runs on a private server in the European Union, separate from other clients. It only touches what you allow, asks before it sends anything and, if you ask me, I delete everything.
How much does the AI cost each month?
The AI "engine" is paid directly to the provider, with no markup from me. For personal use it's usually low. We estimate it together before we start and set a monthly cap.
What if something stops working?
Support is included for the first 7 days (14 on Complete). After that, the care plan covers updates and tweaks. Without a plan, I help by the hour.
Where do we meet?
At your home, your office or a café, if you're near me. Anywhere else in Portugal, or the world, we do it online.
Does the assistant give tax advice?
No. It explains letters and documents in plain language and helps you draft replies, but the decisions stay with you and your accountant.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Portuguese. Your assistant talks to you in whichever you prefer.
